New York Bagels come to Cebu via Kate's Bakery

Image
A few days ago, I was walking around Ayala Center Cebu and I found this interesting new food spot. Kate's Bakeshop is trying to start a bagel-mania here in Cebu. Kate's new stall specializes in New York Bagel . I love bagels for breakfast so I really got curious. My curiosity led me to buy a half-dozen of bagels that I happily took home.

I just realized that I have many friends and family who are born in October and November. I was not really expecting to attend many birthday parties at this time, but last week I attended two parties and both were held at Bigby's at the Ayala Terraces. After 2 birthday celebrations in a week, I realized that Bigby's is such a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday party.

Cake Shop in Cebu: Lava by Fudge

Image
A couple of months ago, I was strolling around Ayala mall and I saw that there was a little dessert shop under the escalator in the ground floor of the new wing of Ayala Center Cebu. Upon closer inspection, I realized that it was a mini-branch of a popular cake shop in Cebu, Fudge. Lava by Fudge is a place to enjoy some delicious lava cakes, but they also offer many other interesting items for people who are looking to eat some snacks or desserts. I really had a blast on my first visit there.
