Kalami Cebu! - A Gastronomic Guide to Cebu

Bluewater Maribago's Allegro Restaurant recently launched its themed dinners.  They offer a different menu every dinner time and each one is guaranteed to make you experience the joy of food. I recently had a preview of what's in store for each night and I ended having a massive dose of #happytummy.

One of the popular street foods in Cebu that gained a mainstream following in the past year is the Tuslob Buwa.  Tuslob Buwa is basically sauteed pig brain eaten a la fondue.  Tuslob Eateries are sprouting like mushrooms because many people love the different eating experience that it offers.

After a week of meat deprivation, I broke my fast with a visit to my favorite pungko-pungko stall near the Redemptorist Church area.  This area is one of my favorite places to have some fatty treats.  This is second to the J.Llorente area which is near my office.
