Kalami Cebu! - A Gastronomic Guide to Cebu

I recently got invited to check out another restaurant at The Gallery in Mabolo.   I immediately said yes because The Gallery has been the home to several interesting restaurants.   The name of the latest establishment that I have tried is F Café and Bar. I expected it to be the typical run of the mill bar/café that offer fatty dishes to cater to a crowd interested in  booze, as well as, food. Well, I was totally wrong and really glad that I was.

One time I was out with my friends and my wife told me to bring something when I go home. It was almost midnight when I was done, so I decided to buy pizza. I was coming from I.T. Park and ended up at Gallery Mabolo.  Luckily, La Bella Pizza Bistro was still accepting orders. Since my wife loves cheese, I decided to get a Quattro Formaggi Pizza. Quattro Formaggi mean 4-Cheese and I am confident that she is going to love the surprise.

One of my clients had an early morning appointment with me to go to the office of a condominium developer.  We finished early and she said she want to eat lunch and invite some of her friends to join.  She said she saw my blog and she wanted us to eat at Carnivore Cebu.  We went to The Gallery, but Carnivore will only open at 11:30.  We were 30 minutes too early so we end up looking for an open restaurant at that time.  Good thing, 30 Kitchen + Bar is open.

If you love meat and you are willing to spend money for good food, you should have a meal at Carnivore Cebu.  This restaurant in The Gallery, Mabolo has a perfect name for the type of person who would surely be happy devouring any of their tasty creations.
