Kalami Cebu! - A Gastronomic Guide to Cebu

If you are looking for a good place to eat at the SM City Cebu Foodcourt, you should check out the newly-opened branch of  Cebu's most popular Mongolian-themed restaurant Kublai Khan's.  Kublai Khan's is among my favorites when it comes to a quick and healthy hot meal that is guaranteed to give me a full stomach.  I am pretty much happy that they now have a branch at SM.

 I love eating at Kublai Khan's especially after an intense workout.  Eating there is one of the best ways to recover all the energy that I expend while working out.   I was really happy to know that the top Mongolian-themed restaurant in Cebu was one of the major sponsors of the first anniversary of the Cebu Blogging Community . And because I am a big fan of their rice bowls, I easily won an eat and drink all you can gift certificate from Kublai Khan's and you could probably win one too (details later).

The Cebu Blogging Community had its first-anniversary party last July 4, 2015. The #CBCAnniversary Party was held at F Cafe and Bar at the Gallery in Mabolo, Cebu City.  The event was attended by the blogger-members and the event sponsors.  Thanks to our sponsors, the #CBCAnniversary Party turned out to be a super fun night. #Summer2015 is one of the hottest summers ever. One of my favorite ways to beat the heat is to eat something cold, like Halo-Halo. I am quite choosy when it comes to halo-halo toppings. There are some places that offer too few toppings while some offer too much.  I love variety, but I usually prefer to make it at home and use only my favorite ingredients. The problem of making it at home is that it takes too much effort, especially when you do not have a decent ice shaver.  I finally found a great compromise when I discovered #KKhalohalo at Kublai Khan's.
