When it comes to eat-all-you-can restaurants in Cebu, it is hard to beat the quality, variety, and value that Tokyo Table offers. I have eaten at this buffet restaurant several times and each time, I always discover a new favorite dish.  Tokyo Table never ceases to amaze me.  This is one of the restaurants that I can truly say to my friends and #kalaminions as a must-try.

JPark's 6th year Anniversary Party: Enjoying the Best of Carvings on a Lucky Night.

It has been weeks, but I am still raving about the awesome dinner that I had when I attended the "JPark at 6" party. The buffet was great and the selection was really awesome, but my attention was on the different delectable options at the carving stations. My #happytummy that night was filled roast beef, lechon, and Peking duck. It was just a good start of a very lucky night for me.

#happytummy Mother's Day 2015 Part 1: Lunch Buffet at Feria

Image
Mother's Day is one of the special occasions that we usually celebrate by eating out.  This year was a bit more special because I got to celebrate it twice - one for my mother-in-law and one for my mom. Since my mom is based in Australia, I rarely celebrate Mother's Day with her and for almost a decade, I just spend it with my wife and my parents in law. This recent summer, I first celebrated the special holiday for moms with my wife's family then a few days later, I got to spend a belated Mother's Day dinner with my mom. For Part I, me, my wife, and her parents went to Feria at Radisson Blu for the restaurant's Mother's Day Lunch Buffet.

Eat-All-You-Can Restaurant in Cebu: Dim Sum Overload at Ding Qua Qua

Image
What's the best value eat-all-you-can restaurant in Cebu? One of my high school buddies celebrated his birthday recently and he wanted to meet some of the boys of our high school batch. We all wanted to eat something that reminded us of high school. Something we call "old school".  Way back in the 1990's, one of the most popular restaurants that we frequently ate at during the weekends was  Ding Qua Qua .  Ding Qua Qua's location then was beside Rustan's in Mango Avenue.  The place was known for its dim sum.  The most popular dishes were steamed rice, siomai, lumpia shanghai (spring rolls), and hakaw. Steamed Rice is not your ordinary rice, this is a specialty. E very Cebuano knows what steamed rice means.
