Favorite Pinoy Dishes at AA Barbecue

Ever since I discovered AA Barbecue, it has always been a favorite place to have lunch or dinner.    It is one of the restaurants or eateries where I can eat and enjoy any of their dishes. It is actually hard to pick a favorite here.  In some days, I just order some grilled pork belly, ngohiong and punaw soup.  In other days I could eat Saang, hot and chrispy squid, and chopsuey. The possibilities are just endless.

The concept of AA Barbecue is like the traditional sutukil or Manila's Dampa where you pick the meat as if you are in the market and you can tell the attendants how you want it cooked.  Let's say you pick a Bangus, you can either have it fried in a sizzling plate or grilled. You can pick squid to be done ala fried calamari or have it grilled.  They offer a wide variety of seafood and meat cuts to choose from.

The dishes usually come out delicious and well-seasoned. AA Barbecue is really popular among locals but also among foreigners like Koreans. Their dishes are easy to enjoy and it is very affordable.   It's not hard to find an AA Barbecue near you because they have several branches in Cebu.
