Yummy "Light" Dinner at Gusto Urban Cafe + Wine Bar

One time my friend Lotlot was looking for a place to eat dinner and she wanted to eat somewhere in I.T. Park.  We decided to check out Gusto Urban Cafe + Wine Bar and try wonderful creations.  I was not really that hungry then and I was just content on finishing what Lotlot and her kids have ordered. An hour later, I ended up having a #happytummy.

Gusto Urban Cafe + Wine Bar at the Asiatown I.T. Park is located at the ground floor of the Calyx Centre.  It is one of the many posh looking restaurants in the area.  It is part of the famed Anzani-group of restaurants. The cafe cum wine bar specializes in Italian dishes.

For our dinner, the girls decided to order some salad, pasta, and pizza cone.

The pasta dish was well cooked and flavored well.  The noodles were al dente and the serving size was really adequate for 1 -2 persons.

My favorite dish of the dinner was the pizza cone.  I love it because of its presentation, fun factor, and taste.  The pizza cone is basically a pizza slice folded to look like an ice cream cone.  The item is rally Instagram-worthy.  It really made curious on how to eat it such beautiful yet complicated bread. I tried eating it like an ice cream and I thoroughly enjoyed the cheesy part.  The flavors can rival some of the best pizzas in Cebu.

Lotlot just had salad, because she wanted to slim down for the summer.  The salad was just ok.

I always have fun eating with the Madura girls.  I was quite ecstatic that I discovered an interesting dish that night.  It was another tummy-filling dinner and I will definitely go back to Gusto and have some of their pizza cones.
