Celebrate Sinulog the Pig & Palm Way!


Cebu is home to Sinulog, and is also home to Michelin-starred Chef Jason Atherton’s first restaurant in the Philippines, The Pig & Palm. To celebrate the country’s grandest festival, the tapas-style dining hotspot concocted two fruity specialty cocktails plus a dish that best complements it, available until January 21.


The first is a vodka-based mix that captures the #SoundOfSinulog, the ‘Prititiiit’. For a drink that is smooth with a hint of spice, try the Sinulog Sour made with Bulleit Rye Whiskey. The Pig & Palm’s featured dish is Chicken Yakitori with creamy satay sauce, a balance of sweet and savory.

The Pig & Palm is open Tuesdays to Sundays from 11:00 am onwards and is located at the MSY Tower, Pescadores Road, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.
