A month ago, I attended a birthday party held at the Blue Elephant Sky Lounge on the 19th Floor of the Apple One Building in Cebu Business Park. It was not first time to eat at this rooftop restaurant, but I always get awed when I dine there. I love the experience of eating in a restaurant with a view of the city's skyline. If you eat here, you will realize how much Cebu has changed over the years.
The Blue Elephant Sky Lounge has an open dining area and they also have roofed areas for small events and functions. The restaurant has breathtaking views of Cebu Business Park on one side and Ayala Center Mall on the other side.
For the food, the Blue Elephant Sky Lounge specializes in Thai and Asian cuisine. At the birthday party that we attended we were served several of their delicious specialties.

Blue Sky Elephant Lounge is an excellent place for small birthday celebrations. They serve fine food and the restaurant has a good ambiance for jolly conversations. It is also an awesome place for a romantic date. Tables are limited and you should contact them at 032-2629088 to reserve a table.
