6-13-2015 Food of the Day: Sweet and Sour Fish

Sometimes a fried meat can be elevated to a different level with a delicious sauce.  Take this fried Katambak or two-spot Red Snapper.  It would have been delicious already as a fried fish, but adding some sweet and sour sauce made it more appetizing. With some delicious sauce, I usually end up with eating a cup or 2 more of rice.

Since their Taste of Heaven Buffet is one of my favorite buffets in the city, I made sure that I was able to make it on their first day.  I even brought along my video partner Emjae Argallon of emjaefotos.com  and Chicken Pork Adobo network colleague Kiddie.
